All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Ontario, Canada.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days.
Personalized or handmade items may take a little longer depending on production time.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

* Canada: 3–7 business days
* United States: 3–10 business days
* International: 1–4 weeks depending on destination

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Small Orders (Stickers & Bookmarks)

To help keep shipping costs affordable, smaller items such as stickers and bookmarks may be shipped via standard lettermail.

Please note that lettermail shipments do not include tracking numbers or insurance.
Once these orders are mailed, delivery times are handled by the postal carrier and may vary.

If you would prefer tracked shipping for small orders, please contact us before placing your order.

Tracking

Tracking is included on most orders.
Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply in their country.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Rumba Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
